Description:
This belt feeder was offered as a key project from designing to manufacturing and installation. Manufacturing process was done according to EN 1090 EXC2 standard. Steel surface prepared according P2 class and welded using MAG 135 process.
For surface treatment there were used combination of airless wet painting and hot dip galvanization. Belt feeder was assembled with all components in our assembly room. After delivery it was installed by ERCON staff on site. Product was tested by our inhouse quality inspector according NDT (non-destructive testing) requirements and customer requirements.
On March 22, 2018, ERGO E.B.F. Ltd. entered into an agreement No. SK V-L-218/83, with the Investment and Development Agency of Latvia. This contract was established to secure assistance under the “promoting International Competitiveness” initiative, which is co-funded by the European Regional Development Fund.
